While we offer hourly based services to cases where it is the cost efficient, our flat rate services are results oriented. They are not dependent on time limits. We work throughour checklist (adjusted according to your needsplus any extraservicesyou have selected) and everything is cleaned up to company standards.

We provide a time estimate to our cleaning staff to complete the subtasks and the complete job in order to be reasonable to clients and to staff.While these are just estimating, staff members can choose to work harder and faster if they can do so.

While this works well for most of the jobs, there can be rare situations where the time estimates are incorrect. In those situations,we follow another arrangement. In that arrangement, we spend up to extra one hour and no more for the quoted price. If the property still requires more time spent, that will be charged additionally. We make sure to contact the client before doing any extra work.
